Tuesday, 8th December saw us at Wokingham Hair
Salon H20 for a choral performance by the “Singhealthy” Thames Valley Community
Choir.
The TVCC were formed in 2014 to perform The Armed Man by
Karl Jenkins in Reading Hexagon. This
concert was a sell out with over £6000 being donated to Reverse Rett. Part of singhealthychoirs TVCC continues to
work towards charity fundraising performances and is open to anyone who wants
to sing, with no audition or musical knowledge required. Their next concert is
in Reading Concert Hall 20th December with the Berkshire Symphony Orchestra and
Coombes School Choir.
They performed carols and festive tunes including “Holly and
the Ivy”, “Winter Wonderland”, “Candlelight Carol” and “Angels’ Carol”. Do

Tonight we will be at the Hope & Anchor for night 9 of
the Wokingham Living Advent Calendar with local musician Bruce Neil.
